しずおかＦＧと名古屋銀が統合合意　２８年めど、総資産２２兆円で地銀４位

静岡銀行と名古屋銀行の看板静岡銀行を傘下に置くしずおかフィナンシャルグループと名古屋銀行は２７日、経営統合で基本合意したと発表した。 Shizuoka Financial Group Inc., the parent of Shizuoka Bank, and Bank of Nagoya said Friday that they have reached basic agreement to merge operations in April 2028.
