Nolan Wells, Hayden Panettiere & Presley Gerber: Cause Of Death Updates

Nolan Wells’ death remains officially classified as undetermined by medical examiners. Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has now been released by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. Her death was ruled accidental, with the cause listed as the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine. Plus, Presley Gerber’s autopsy has been completed, but his cause and manner of death remain deferred.
