My name is Iva Heckmann. I have occupied the wellness space for over two decades. My background is in sports medicine and nutrition. In my career, I’ve worked with a variety of people, I have taught thousands of classes at the trendiest studios, one on one training, rehabbed athletes, led nutritional workshops, was regularly featured on a TV wellness segment, and even owned ten fitness studios until two years ago. Wellness is my passion, it’s all I know and practice every day in my personal life. Helping people develop strong healthy habits to further thrive in their lives is what keeps me going. In the recent years, I’ve been fortunate to have been able to dive into the world of peptides and continue to challenge myself and learn more.
