TexAgs' co-owner and executive editor Billy Liucci joined TexAgs Live on Friday morning to react to Cleveland selecting KC Concepcion with the 24th overall pick, as he became the first Aggie wideout to be taken in the first round since Mike Evans in the 2014 NFL Draft.
