Charles Smoot successfully enacted the beginning of his plan. After disposing of Captain Brandt, Seraphius was able to take over leadership of the red guard encampment. With the men now under control, it would be easy to plant the explosives without interference. But as Charles Smoot went to fetch the explosives, he came across a very strange boatsman. With the ominous ally ferrying him across the river, Charles is just about ready to light the fuse.
