आईपणाची नवी व्याख्या

आजचा एपिसोड खूप खास आहे… कारण आज आपण बोलणार आहोत मदर्स डे बद्दल. पण आजचा हा भाग “आई म्हणजे त्यागाची मूर्ती” किंवा “आई स्वतःसाठी जगत नाही” अशा नेहमीच्या चौकटीतला नाही.एक empowered आई म्हणजे perfect आई नाही. ती अशी आई आहे —जी स्वतःची स्वप्नं जपते, स्वतःच्या mental health ला महत्त्व देते, मदत मागायला घाबरत नाही, आणि दुसऱ्या आईलाही हात देऊन पुढे नेत असते. कारण मुलं आपल्या शब्दांपेक्षा, आपलं जगणं जास्त शिकतात. या मदर्स डे ला…फक्त आपल्या आईला celebrate करू नका,तिला स्वतःसाठी जगायलाही encourage करा।

Today’s episode is very special… because today we’re talking about Mother’s Day. But this episode is not about the usual ideas like “a mother is the symbol of sacrifice” or “a mother never lives for herself.”

An empowered mother is not a perfect mother. She is a mother who protects her own dreams, values her mental health, is not afraid to ask for help, and lifts up other mothers along the way. Because children learn more from the way we live than from the words we say.

This Mother’s Day… don’t just celebrate your mother, encourage her to live for herself too.
