The ability to recognize attitude quickly, decide is it beneficial or detrimental and then encourage or counter said attitude is essential. This is a skill set which must be trained, reinforced and rewarded. The more adept a manager, supervisor, team member is at this practice, the faster they will move through the ranks. The more skilled and experienced an entrepreneur is at this, the faster their business will scale and make impact. It all starts with story.
