Attitude is more contagious than a common cold. Attitude can make or break an organization in many ways. Attitude is discovered, driven and directed by stories told in everyday conversation. The real challenge is identifying which attitudes are present then determining whether those attitudes align with an organizations core values or distract from it. Finally, implementing common phrases and remarks with the intent to reshape attitudes and rewrite stories in every aspect of communication.

This practice must become a habit of 360 degree leadership.
