Leaders only believe 5% of what they feel!

Leaders only believe 10% of what they hear.

Leaders only believe about 50% of what they think.

So what to leaders really believe? They believe results. Leaders put their deepest trust not in intentions, not plans, not ideas, not imaginations but in proven, measurable results. 

And at the same time, leaders know most people believe what they hear, especially when it’s reinforced by what they feel and it resonates with what they are already thinking - or they begin to think over time. This reality is the reason talk therapy and StoryPower are so very effective as leadership tools. This is the premise Attitude Hack is built upon.
