このポッドキャストは、労働者にとっての労働法の重要性、そして労働者の権利に焦点を当てるための番組です。
私たちは、労働法、連邦政府機関、労働組合、そして私たちの賃金に影響を及ぼす世界情勢や、労働環境に作用する様々な要因について議論します。
アメリカ人労働者の権利は、合衆国憲法の延長線上にあるものです。
誤解のないよう明確にしておきますが、私は過激なリベラル派ではありません。私は共和党支持の資本主義者です。つまり、中央政府の権限は最小限にとどめ、税負担は極めて低く抑え、政府による福祉プログラムは（仮に存在したとしても）ごくわずかであるべきだ、という考えの持ち主です。
私は民主主義と資本主義を信じています。なぜなら、真の自由を享受できるのは、民主主義と資本主義という枠組みの中においてのみだからです。
それ以外のあらゆる統治形態は、機能しないのです。
