Inner-Led With Michelle Waldo
The Inner-Led Podcast is a show about what we can experience when we tune within. When we listen to our deeper inner knowing and truth in daily life. When we open up to and follow the messages and signals of our heart, body and soul.
I don’t mean just when we meditate or do other quiet practices, I mean when we begin tuning into what we’re feeling, believing, and experiencing in daily life—and we begin asking ourselves questions about what we’re noticing.
Because I’ve found that when we do this, we can go on a journey. One where our heart speaks more loudly to us, our soul communicates with us, and our body gives us signals.
And as we tune in and start listening to these things, our lives can change. What we feel, notice, and experience can change. How we live and create can change. Our health, work, relationships, and all facets of our lives can change.
I’ve been on an inner-led journey for decades and this path has led me to experiences that I wouldn’t trade for the world. It’s led me to move across countries—experiencing things beyond my wildest dreams. To adopt new health practices, heal diseases, and change medical conditions that surprised the doctors I was working with. It’s also led me to create things—art, stories, design, products, and more—with an innate sense of flow and freedom, instead of forced motivation, to-do lists, and schedules.
This path has taught me about neurodivergence and consciousness, including its relationship to our energy and what we do with it. To learn why some of us are so sensitive or “intense”—and how that is an innate gift, instead of a problem to be fixed. And it’s caused me to study many different spiritual perspectives, as well as mental and physical health practices—and to discern between what’s truly serving me and what isn’t.
And frankly, this way of living has changed every aspect of how I live and create.
I’m your host Michelle Waldo and in this podcast, we’re going to be talking about all of these things. I’ll be sharing my own real life experiences and personal stories, and I’ll sometimes talk to others about theirs. So join me in exploring an inner-led way of living—what it can do for us, and how you can start living in this way, if you choose, as well.
