1.You are recommending Vitamin D. If I'm out every day in winter walking the dogs, do you think I'm likely to need it?
2. Question. When is it best to take vitamins, supplements i tend to down them when I remember with food or just a gulp of water usually morning if remember or with evening meal if I'd forgotten?
3.What can I do or take during and after a heavy dose of prescribed antibiotics?

I have Oat milk but I'm going to take your advice and good to get Soya like I used to.
Is this enough calcium for me .
I drink 8 litres of Oat or Soya a week that's tea , coffee, cereal, and actual drinks of Soya Alpro ok?
