Designing Confidence: A New Vision for Women After Breast Cancer with Aithne Synnott
Confidence After Cancer
This conversation has been a long time coming, and I’m so glad to finally share it with you. In this episode, I chat with the amazing Aithne Synnott - the founder of Empreva Lingerie designed especially for women who’ve had breast cancer surgery or reconstruction.
Her story is rooted in personal experience - watching her mum go through treatment and seeing how limited and uninspiring post-surgery underwear options were.
Anthony’s on a mission to change that. We talk about why lingerie is so much more than a functional garment - it’s about reclaiming your confidence, identity, and sense of femininity after cancer. If you’ve ever looked at a mastectomy bra and thought, “Surely there’s something better than this,” this one’s for you.
I loved this conversation so much - it’s a powerful reminder that healing isn't just physical, and that feeling fabulous under your clothes is a step toward feeling more like you again.
