The role of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy has been well established in metastatic breast cancer. Recent phase 3 data have provided evidence for expanded indications for early breast cancer and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), leading to updates in current treatment guidelines. In this case-based activity, Drs. Tiffany Traina and Sara Hurvitz explore the supporting data for use of ADCs in the neoadjuvant, post-neoadjuvant, and metastatic TBNC settings.
