Apostle started by first addressing the fact that Christianity is not only about believing, but it is about becoming.

Begin with the consciousness of the gospel: The gospel is preached to sinners and taught to believers. (Romans 5:17).

He began by explaining that there are words in Scripture that appear repeatedly, and when they do, they demand our attention. One such word is “better.”

Apostle reminded us that life is not powered by hard work alone. There is mercy, and there is divine advantage. There is help that does not come from this world.

We demonstrate Christianity as only being bothered about a God that helps us win in life. This is because most people don’t understand what consecration means

No guaranteed strategy makes a year better, except if the Lord wills. We may plan to do this or that, but it is not in a man’s power to direct his own steps. Our lives are ultimately guided and sustained by God.
