It Is Finished – Raised For Holy Living (Part 2) | Easter Series | John 19:28-30

On Good Friday, we stand at the foot of the cross and hear Jesus’ final words: “It is finished” .

This is not a cry of defeat, but a declaration of victory. In that moment, Jesus completed the work of our salvation—once and for all. Our standing before God is secured, not by our effort, but by His finished work.

And yet, the cross does more than forgive us. It also transforms us. The same work that saves us is the work that shapes us into a holy people.

This Good Friday, we are invited to rest in Christ’s finished work, repent of self-reliance, and receive the grace that leads to holy living.
