Lisa Stokke is a legendary figure in the food freedom movement. She co-founded Food Democracy Now! in Iowa, where she spearheaded historic initiatives on GMO labeling, pesticide testing, and antitrust lawsuits against Monsanto. After a successful career in policy, she pivoted to science as the co-founder of the Bionutrient Institute, focusing on nutrient density in food crops. Most recently, she served as a key advisor for the RFK Jr. Presidential Transition Team, helping vet candidates for the top levels of the USDA.
