This past month, binulaga tayo ng announcement ni Sony na Physical games are going away starting 2028. Marami ang nainis, nagalit at sumakit ang loob. May mangilan ngilan sa atin na nagbabalak na lumipat sa Steam pero thinking about it, even Steam made it clear na when you buy a game, you're simply buying the "license" to play the game. What about Xbox? Mukhang papunta na rin ata dun e.Gone are the days na ba talaga that we truly own the games we buy? Maybe we could really count on Nintendo to be the last company standing to advocate for physical media, pero even the big N is slowly shifting to the all digital by incorporating Game Key Cards into the Switch 2 Library.
