🌱 ଧ୍ୟାନ ସାରାଂଶ (Odia):

ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମନ ଏକ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଶେତ୍ର — ଯାହା ଆପଣ ଚିନ୍ତା କରିବେ, ସେହି ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଗଢ଼ିବ। ପାଉଲ ଆମକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରନ୍ତି: “ଯାହା ସତ୍ୟ, ଯାହା ଆଦରଣୀୟ, ଯାହା ପବିତ୍ର…” (ଫିଲିପ୍ପୀୟ 4:8)। ଏହା ମାତ୍ର ଏକ ଚେକଲିଷ୍ଟ ନୁହେଁ — ଏକ ଜୀବନ ଶୈଳୀ: ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମନକୁ ସଚେତନ ଭାବରେ ସତ୍ୟ, ଭଲ, ଗରିମାମୟ ବିଷୟରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ କରନ୍ତୁ।

ମନ ଆନ୍ଧାରରେ ରହିଲେ ଆପଣ ଭୟ, ସନ୍ଦେହ ଓ ନିରାଶାରେ ଫସିଯିବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ଆପଣ ଆଲୋକ (ସତ୍ୟ) ଜଳାଇବେ — ପବିତ୍ର ବାଚନ, ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଓ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ଚିନ୍ତା ପାଇଁ — ତେବେ ମନ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ହେବ। ଏହା ଅର୍ଥ: ଆପଣ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତକୁ ଆଶା, ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଓ ଶାନ୍ତି ସହ ଦେଖିପାରିବେ।

ପ୍ରାୟୋଗିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ: ଆଜି ଯେତେବେଳେ ନେଗେଟିଭ୍ ଚିନ୍ତା ଆସେ, ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ନିଅନ୍ତୁ — ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତିବାଦରূপେ ଏକ ସତ୍ୟ ବା ଧ୍ୟାନ ଉପରେ ମନୋର୍ଥ କରନ୍ତୁ (ଉଦାହରଣ: “ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମୋତେ ଛାଡ଼ିନଥାଏ”, “ମୋର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଭଲ ଅଛି”)। ଏହା ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମନକୁ ପୁନଃସ୍ଥାପିତ କରିବ। 🌿
