So begins the second book in the Anne of Green Gables series, the story of a imaginative, redheaded orphan. Anne Shirley is a bold, tempered, imaginative and talkative young lady who has entertained generations of children and adults alike. In [i]Anne of Avonlea[/i], Anne starts teaching at the Avonlea school.
