Shari helped create the National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 988 Lifeline. She has worked as a crisis counselor for over 25 years and has trained thousands of people in crisis intervention. Shari is the Vice President of Crisis Care at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, the oldest organization of its kind in the United States.
