Alex and Amy are a beautiful example of what it means to be authentic. They share how they met and how their wilderness exploits provided not just personal healing, but also shaped their relationship. Their candor is an example for the rest of us. But more than that, they run an adventure film company called Wilderness Mindset which makes feature length movies about big adventures, like setting the world speed record for traveling the Mississippi from source to sea.
